Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 2026-10-14
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Using EzFlip means agreeing not to do any of the things listed below.
1. Data abuse
You may not:
- Scrape, bulk-extract, or systematically republish EzFlip's price or opportunity data.
- Access the service through anything other than the website or an API access we've explicitly granted you.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, plan-based row limits, or entitlement checks.
2. Account abuse
You may not:
- Share a single paid account across multiple people to split the cost of one subscription.
- Create multiple accounts to work around a plan's limits.
- Access or attempt to access another user's account, positions, or credentials.
3. Alert and webhook misuse
You may not:
- Point an alert webhook at an endpoint you don't control or don't have permission to send data to.
- Use the webhook feature to spam, flood, or otherwise abuse a third-party service (including Discord).
4. Unlawful use
You may not:
- Use EzFlip for money laundering, trade scams, or any other illegal use of virtual item trading.
- Use EzFlip in a way that violates Valve's or a connected marketplace's own terms of service: a violation there is yours to answer for, not ours.
- Use EzFlip in a way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
5. Attacks on the service
You may not:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers/networks connected to it.
- Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
Consequences
Violating this policy can result in a warning, suspension, or termination of your account, at our discretion and depending on severity. We'll tell you why, where practical. If you find a security issue rather than intend to exploit one, please report it responsibly to [email protected]. See our public SECURITY.md for how we handle reports.
