Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated 2026-10-14
1. Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan any time from Settings → Billing, which opens Stripe's own billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your plan's features until then, and we don't refund the unused portion of a period you cancel partway through.
2. Changing plans
You can switch between Pro and Trader, or between monthly and yearly billing, from the same billing portal. A plan change is billed by Stripe's standard proration rules for the switch.
3. Downgrading and your data
Nothing is deleted when you downgrade. If a downgrade puts you over the lower plan's limits (e.g. open positions or alert rules), anything you already have stays untouched: you just can't add more until you're back under the new limit.
4. Failed or late payments
If a card payment fails, Stripe automatically retries it for roughly two weeks. Your plan's features stay active during that retry window. Access is only removed if the subscription still hasn't recovered once Stripe stops retrying.
5. Your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)
As an EU consumer, you normally have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw and receive a full refund, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Because EzFlip is a digital service that starts working immediately once you subscribe (your dashboard unlocks right away), the checkout flow asks you to expressly consent to that immediate start and to acknowledge that doing so means you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, i.e., once you've had full access to what you paid for.
If you believe you were charged before giving that consent, or want to exercise a withdrawal right you still hold, contact [email protected].
6. Discretionary refunds
Outside of the statutory right above, refunds are handled case by case, for example, a double charge or a billing error. Reach out to [email protected] and we'll take a look.
