Frequently asked questions

Do I need to link my Skinport or CSFloat account?

No. The arbitrage dashboard works with public market data alone. Linking an account is only needed for auto-sync of your real trade history into your portfolio.

Do I need a Steam account?

You can browse the dashboard without signing in. Signing in with Steam unlocks your portfolio and alert rules on Free, and the Flip Path Planner / Inventory Advisor once you upgrade.

Can I cancel or change plans?

Yes, any time, from Settings → Billing. That opens Stripe's own billing portal, where you can switch plans, update your card, or cancel. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. If you're over a lower plan's limits (open positions, alert rules) when you downgrade, existing ones stay untouched, and you just can't add more until you're back under the limit.
