Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Induxy ("EzFlip", "we", "us"), registered at .... By creating an account or using EzFlip, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What EzFlip is

EzFlip is an arbitrage-discovery and portfolio-tracking dashboard for CS2 (Counter-Strike 2) skins. It aggregates public and, where you connect an account, your own marketplace data to surface price differences between markets (Skinport, CSFloat, DMarket, Waxpeer, Market.CSGO, and Steam) and to help you track positions you've opened.

EzFlip does not buy, sell, hold, or custody skins, cash, or cryptocurrency on your behalf, and does not execute trades for you. Every trade shown or tracked happens on a third-party marketplace, under that marketplace's own terms. EzFlip only reads and displays data. You are solely responsible for every trade you make.

2. Prices and profit estimates are not advice

Prices, fee calculations, exchange rates, "confidence" scores, liquidity grades, and profit/ROI figures shown by EzFlip are computed from third-party data that can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, or trading advice, and are not a guarantee that any trade will be profitable. Trading skins carries a real risk of loss: prices move, listings sell out before you can act on them, and marketplace fees or trade-lock periods can erase an apparent profit.

3. Accounts

Signing in requires a Steam account (via Steam OpenID). EzFlip never sees or stores your Steam password. Some features work without signing in at all; see Privacy Policy for exactly what an account involves. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Steam account secure.

4. Connecting a marketplace account

Linking Skinport, CSFloat, DMarket, Waxpeer, or Market.CSGO to sync your real trade history is optional and requires an API key you generate on that marketplace. You are responsible for the scope and permissions of any key you provide, and for revoking it on the marketplace's own site if you stop using EzFlip or suspect it was compromised. We store it encrypted (see Privacy Policy) but cannot guarantee the security of the marketplace's own API.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Free, Pro, and Trader plans and their features are described on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis; see Refunds & Cancellation for how cancellation, downgrades, and failed payments work.

6. Acceptable use

Using EzFlip to scrape or redistribute its data, bypass plan limits, share a single account across multiple people, or break the law is not allowed. See Acceptable Use for the full list. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where practical.

7. No warranty

EzFlip is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party marketplaces and Steam can change or break their APIs at any time, which can make parts of EzFlip temporarily unreliable or unavailable. We work to fix these quickly but don't guarantee any specific uptime or accuracy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzFlip and Induxy are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above; continuing to use EzFlip after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
